Michael joined SFL in 1995 as a Production Engineer. For the next eight years he worked consistently on events, giving him a wealth of experience in the demands of the industry. During this time he completed a 3-day course on ‘Rigging in the Entertainment Industry’ and trained to drive powered access equipment.
In 2004 Michael hung up his “gigging boots” and moved into the warehouse to oversee the operations of our busy hire department. He brings his experience of life on the road into this area, providing an essential support to our engineers. Michael ensures that all our equipment is in the best possible condition and fully compliant with the many safety benchmarks that we work to before it leaves our Warehouse.
