Faithworks Conference

SFL provide vision mixing for a 3 Camera event. Faithworks 2005

Faithworks is an exciting initiative designed to encourage and inspire local church, with the aim to get them more involved in their communities. This year saw a 3 day conference in Eastbourne attended by over 1000 delegates from churches nationwide. This year SFL worked on behalf of Pure Solutions to ensure that all the delegates could clearly view all that was taking place on stage.

SFL provided a 14' truss screen which was flown just in front of the lit white backdrop. Images and presentations were projected onto this screen from a Christie LX100 projector providing 10,000 lumens. Three cameras's produced live images which were mixed in video format, these images were then scaled up using an Analogue Way Eventix and mixed with the computer graphics, we did this so that there was no quality derogation on the flash stings and the presentations used.

One of the highlights of the conference was the Faithworks Awards, which took place on the Saturday evening. The awards were given to honour the outstanding achievement of three projects, each of which was designed to transform their communities.
