The room in the Super shell building was moderately sized and D&B E3's were used to give a full sound coverage all around the room. With the speakers placed close to the walls the sound system was both neat and effective.

SFL built a set at one end of the room, which was covered and built especially to fit the room and incorporate the 6' screen. Either side of the screen were chroma panels that complimented the LED Star cloth.

The LED Star cloth gave the lighting engineers a great tool for adjusting the feel of the room. Additional aids to help set the mood of the room were the up lighters placed around the room. The lighting for this job was elegantly controlled by a pearl 2000 with its seamless fades. The screen inputs were switched using a high quality analog way mixer projecting each presentation in its original high quality.

The event ran smoothly and was carried off to the highest standard, thanks to a detailed sound check the day before.
