SFL Acquire 6th Sense Solutions in Event Industry Merger 6th Sense Logo

6th Sense Solutions, established in 1996, provide bespoke, audio visual solutions for household names including Dyson Appliances, Westbury Homes and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Their custom solutions have been integrated into many conferences, festivals, outdoor concerts and road shows throughout the UK.

SFL has over 15 years' experience in providing production services, specialising in high quality sound and light provision, to a diverse range of clients including the communications giant Vodafone, The Big Chill festival and the artist Howard Jones.

Projects this year have also included the formal dedication of the Victoria Cross and George Cross Memorial at Westminster Abbey in the presence of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Speaking of the merger, operations director Graham Preston of SFL and Matt McCarty, director of 6th Sense Solutions, jointly comment "The services and skills of both our companies compliment each other well, and combining these reinforces our position as a major player within the events industry. Together we can offer an extensive portfolio of services and introduce a greater breadth of support to our clients."

The directors of the new company will be Mark Payne, Graham Preston and Tom Jeffery of SFL and Matt McCarty of 6th Sense Solutions, creating a management team with well over 40 years experience in the events industry. In the short-term, both companies will continue to trade under their present names at SFL's existing head quarters in Reading.
